Medically Approved Foam for Skin Contact:

The foam is medically approved in the United Kingdom for contact with the skin. Raised pieces of foam on the inside, around the eye socket, give greater protection and eliminate more light. For hygiene reasons, replacement foam is available, as no foam is suitable for regular washing.
