Fit and sizing
Facial sizes vary by age and gender, so a single one-size eyeshade cannot maintain full blackout, comfort and fair play for everyone. Raised pieces of foam sit inside the eyeshade around the eye socket and seal against the face. These were added following feedback from the England Blind Football and Goalball teams, specifically to close any remaining gaps and eliminate more light around the eyes. The contoured foam seal wraps around the eyes and across the bridge of the nose, the areas most likely to let light in if the fit isn’t right, while the rigid front shell holds its shape and resists impact during dynamic play.
Made solely in the UK
